Question: Do you think earth is the only planet with life?

No, I think that if you look at nature, its very unusual to see things evolve completely unique from everything else. I base this theory on the concept of called convergent evolution. Convergent evolution is the process by which unrelated or distantly related organisms evolve similar body forms, coloration, organs, and adaptations. Therefore if there is a planet with similar ecosystem and atmosphere as earth, its very likely that something also evolved on that planet which is similar to us!
