• Question: Do you work on weekends as well as during the week?

      Yes, if a deadline is approaching, for example, to get some money to fund our research or if a conference is around the corner I’ll often spend time working on the weekends. I don’t mind doing it though because I really enjoy my work!

      yep, normally. I live about 5 minutes walking away, so if I want to work (or have nothing better to do), I come in to the office to do things in peace and quiet!

      Often! there is always lots to do. These days is more behind a computer writing but when i was younger it was mainly in the lab! but its much easier when you love what you do!

      Yes very often ! If I have a deadline or an important experiment to do I normally will come in on the weekends to get it done, I dont mind it really as I love what I do, also sometimes if I work all weekend I can take a few week days off too !
