• Question: Are you currently trying to research a cure for paralysis?

      Yes, we are and if you ever get a chance I would look up Mark Pollock, a very inspirational person who was blinded and then paralysed and yet he is a leading campaigner and fundraiser in this country. His story is quite amazing and he can tell of the amazing work done on paralysis better than I can.

      I have attached a youtube link please feel free to share this story with your classmates. I have been fortunate to meet Mark as I have participated in the run he organises and he even more inspirational in person.

      I’m not personally, but there are researchers around the world working really hard to find a cure for paralysis. The video Mark has posted really is inspirational and informative.

      I can only hope that one day one of my reactions is used to cure something like paralysis, or that I get the chance to work on curing diseases that can seem so impossible today.
