Interesting question! I generally split my breakfast; I have a bowl of cereal when I get up and then an egg blaa on my coffee break at work – A cup of coffee is too dry without one!
I am not so good at having breakfast, which is not good for me! I end up getting super hungry, angry and tired around 11 am, which annoys my work friends- but I like to sleep too much… When I do have breakfast it’s usually just juice and toast, or cereal (weetabix, crunchy nut, that kind of thing).
