Question: is there a working cure for cancer yet ?

Yes – a lot of cancers are curable if diagnosed early enough. Cures can include surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
I’m not an expert in this topic as I study mostly physics but I know that a lot of progress has been made and continues to made in curing various forms of cancer.
