      You get to work with some very cool technologies and gadgets. When you realize the amount of science and thought which has gone into making these things it is truly amazing being the one having chance to use them.

      My favourite thing is getting to learn all about the world around me. Learning about geology means that wherever I travel in the world I can understand about the different landscapes and how they formed. I can understand the history of place going back millions of years just by looking at the rocks.

      Being able to make a difference in the energy industry to reduce carbon emissions and help to meet Irelands 2020 and 2030 sustainability and renewable energy requirements.
