Alexander Fleming. He did discover penicillin, antibiotic that would save millions of lives, by an accident, showing that you need to be not only very smart but also sometimes lucky. But why I admire him is his choice not to patent his invention and made it free. This way anybody could produce new medicine without having to pay him for using his invention. Because of that almost everybody could afford it and a lot of lives were saved. He truly used science to make the world better rather than to get rich.
