My Typical Day
My typical workday varies depending on my scheduled appointments. I wake up early to prepare my kids for school and I have to be on campus at 8:45 AM when I have 9AM teaching appointment otherwise, I could come to campus later in the day. When I am done with teaching, I do some administration tasks, reply emails and work on my teaching materials. In between, I do find time to eat lunch and catch-up with colleagues. I do work on my research on some days that include reading published articles, reviewing articles for publication, implementing some new ideas to provide a proof of concept for publications. I usually go home at 6pm to avoid the close of business traffic jam. I can also go home earlier and work from home. I can say that my time is quite flexible.

What I'd do with the prize money
I would use the money to engage with international students to motivate them to study in Ireland. I am fortunate to be part of our university international student recruitment team. I do offer students mentor-ship as well.
