Question: how long have you been studying enzymes

  Hi Best50eve,
  
  I have learnt about enzymes since I was in school
  
  But only since last year have I been properly researching and working with enzymes in the lab.
  
  They are pretty cool, like little biological protein machines that assemble molecules 🙂
