Question: is your job associated with a chiropractor? do you work with nerves?

I don’t work directly with physiotherapists/ chiropractors or other therapists but they do see the same patients as we do. People with back pain will try lots of different treatments before going for surgery. Everyone is different and different treatments work for different people. This shows how difficult it can be to treat pain. With new treatments, hopefully we can better treat these people

People with back pain can have damaged nerves too! The treatments and materials we design have to consider how the nerve will be affected. If a material puts pressure on a nerve, it can cause pain and we want to avoid that by designing materials correctly!
