  I have come across one really good website that you may have heard about before http://www.juniorcertscience.com/ and found a really nice app in the Itunes library called Easy Revision Junior Cert Science By MobaNode.   These are for the Irish syllabus but I can have a look for the UK ones too if you are asking from there?
