  Oh tough question! Probably fish pie as it involves very little washing up! I really cooking because it feels very like an experiment to me – you have your list of tools (ingredients) and your experimental steps (recipe) and when your experiment is done you have something delicious to show for it! Hopefully anyway… 🙂
