      The big bang is our theory to explain the origins of the universe, based on evidence such as stars and galaxies moving further apart over time, and ripples in space. The big bang is the extremely rapid expansion of space from a singularity where all matter was condensed into an infinitely dense point. It’s difficult to really imagine this.
