I have seen fossils in museums and everything is written about that…never found fossil while digging soil(while playing in my childhood)…but wished to get one though…
Sure – all the time! Sometimes fossil remains are just not preserved well enough for you to be able to see clearly what exactly is preserved. That’s the luck of the draw – natural variation from place to place and from rock layer to rock layer. That’s one reason why a well-preserved fossil is really special.
