      Boolean algebra. Computer or any digital device understand binary 0 or 1. So, Boolean algebra is the only backbone of this. Technology can’t come without this.

      This is really tricky! I suppose some of the most fascinating scientific objects I’ve ever seen include a range of instruments invented by Leonardo da Vinci and Galileo Galilei to try to figure out how the basic laws of physics worked. I was lucky enough to see these in a museum in Italy – basically think loads of complicated contraptions involving weights dropping, balls rolling, and pendulums swinging – all very clever and an amazing insight into a very exciting time in human history.
