  Well they carry tanks of water (for drinking, etc.). I think they have some sort of vacuum system to wash their hands, so the water doesn’t go everywhere.

  They recycle all the used water so they don’t run out, because it is expensive to bring new water supplies to the Space Station. They even recycle the water vapour in the air!
