  It depends on what you believe in! I believe we all reach some sort of state where we are at peace anyway. We don’t know what heaven looks like or whether we will eventually end up there, so I think it is very important to live in the now but also have some sort of spiritual connection – whether that is believing strongly in something that is unknown, or just taking time out to yourself to reflect. We are very lucky to be alive here on this planet so we should all take some time to appreciate that! 🙂
