      I have had a fairly bad cut on my hand through my own carelessness, but nothing more serious so far.

      I accidentally got exposed to a tiny amount of hydrogen cyanide gas which is very poisonous. Due to proper planning and safety procedures I had no lasting effects despite the gas being very unexpected!
