      I love doing the water cycle in a tube or a bottle. You just add water and heat it up a little and then cool it down to see evaporation of water, cloud formation and rain!

      Take a bottle of drinkable water at ambient temperature and put it in the freezer at -18 degrees for 1.5 h. Take it out carefully, then hit the side of it, or pour it in a container to see it freezing instantly. The video bellow shows how to do it:
