I have worked as a cashier or at filling up the aisles in a supermarket, I have worked in a journal as well and as a postman to pay for my college fees and accommodation during my studies.
I also work as a project manager during my studies, I was organizing some popularization event to bring science to people.
I did not have a job before I finished University, my parents were supporting me. I only was a part-time ski instructor and gave private lessons to 2ndary school students when I was younger.
I have worked as a secretary and then as an engineer repairing laptops.
In my last job, I was a research engineer working on experiments with the most powerful laser in the world (ELI-NP, Romania).
I did many part-time jobs, including tutor, restaurant waiter, etc. My first official job was to join a research team as a research assistant after my master.
I started delivering the local paper when I was in school. I’ve since done everything from working in a supermarket warehouse (packing the food that goes out to every supermarket) to cleaning offices and giving guided tours in a science museum while I was studying at university. My first job after graduating was as an engineer in a company that makes lasers. I’ve learned a lot from every job I’ve had.
