HMMM well some vegans are very thin and some stay a healthy weight. To be honest it depends on what they are eating and how much. Just because they are vegan does not mean they have a healthy diet, or a healthier diet than someone who eats fish and/ or other meat. You could be vegan meaning you don’t eat meat or any animal product such as honey, eggs, or dairy foods, but eat a lot of rubbish such as fizzy drinks, crisps (ones with no milk proteins added if the person is vegan), etc, and not enough fruit and veg, and not enough exercise, or, you might happen to have a really healthy diet. It really depends on the overall diet and lifestyle 🙂
