What I'd do with the prize money
I’d love to fund materials for outreach in schools about the wonders of food science such as “Good vs Bad Bacteria”, “Are artificial food colours bad?” and “Nanoparticles in food!”

What did you want to be after you left school?
I wanted to be a Secondary School Teacher when I was younger. The subject varied a lot!
Were you ever in trouble at school?
Eh… I was very talkative and opinionated. So I was more of a nuisance than troublesome

What's your favourite food?
Bread! Carbohydrates are always cool!
What is the most fun thing you've done?
Singular thing… Zip lining down Fremont street in Las Vegas!

1) Telepathy, 2) Loads of money to do awesome research and 3) To finally receive my Hogwarts letter!
