There is nothing funnier than going to a restaurant with a load of food scientists! I was in a Chicago last week with a society of food scientists and when we went to dinner it was hilarious everyone of us were questioning “is that frozen or fresh asparagus for this time of year? That’d really change the texture” blah blah 😛 I chose to study food because we were always told “people will always get sick and people will always need to eat so you’ll always have a job”
