• Question: How do you feel about phospolipids?

      Phospholipids have a water loving part (hydrophilic) and water hating part (hydrophobic), this makes them pretty interesting. By having these two parts, they make up cell membranes.

      They’re probably more interesting than the lipids I work with, which only have water hating parts (hydrophobic).
