      The components I’m using were originally extracted from the protein of the milk. So it would’ve been pasteurised. Thankfully from a safety point of view all commercial milk is pasteurised 🙂

      The components I’m using were originally found after bacterial fermentation (similar to making yoghurt or Yakult) and then looked at the small protein fragments called peptides. And that’s what I use.
