Question: what are you doing to help the environment

In my personal life, I’m a bit of an eco warrior – I cycle as much as I can and I recycle everything, and I absolutely hate ever throwing food out. My boyfriend tries to throw things in the bin sometimes, and I end up taking them out and washing them so that we can put them in the recycling bins (they have to be clean or they cant be recycled!). You might not think that its much, but if we all recycled just a few more things every day, it would make a huge difference overall. My house growing up was always very energy-efficient because we weren’t connected to the grid, so we had to be very careful and we had low energy lights and things since our electricity came from a generator.
