I suppose it depends on the person seeking the nutrition. Different meats have different health properties and so can help achieve a good balance of nutrients depending on the need. IF you need to get protein in an easily digestible form, maybe chicken or white fish. If someone is a little bit anaemic, you are short of iron in the diet, then red meat can be good for that. If you need to bump up on your omega 3’s then maybe oily fish is your choice for the day. Lean meat is certainly healthier than high fat cuts. I think there is room for a diversity of meats in a healthy diet, and who would want to eat the same thing every day!?
