        So when you’re in a situation where you’ve no food or water, the reason water is more important is because your body will start to break down some of your energy stores such as fat and in really bad cases proteins for energy. But your body can’t really store that much water. Your body will try to reduce water usage, your urine will become very concentrated as the water is reabsorbed last minute from the bladder and colon. Your body will do everything possible to survive. But obviously this is in a survivor style situation. 🙂
