That’s really tricky unfortunately. Because it’s the cells and tissues in your lungs that are affected, delivering a drug to the lungs is best by turning it into an air/aerosol. If you took a pill instead, it’d need to get through your digestive system (which takes 2-3 hours in humans) and then get absorbed and then delivered to your lungs. So it could take up to 4 hours before you saw the effect. So this could work for prevention, but not in a case when someone is suffering from an attack.
