• Question: how come the sun is a star when it is a circle and not a star shape

      Well all stars are circles (or spheres really being that they are 3d) the difference is that the other stars are billions of km away so what happens is that the light shining in all directions tend to go into a star shape, the sun kind of does it too but as Its much closer and bigger I assume the effect isnt as visible
