I was a teacher in a secondary school, I was a postman, I was a receptionist, I worked in a warehouse, I did roadie work (worked with bands like Justin Timberlake, Beyonce…)

Current Job:
I am finishing up my Ph.D.

My Typical Day
Read a few scientific papers, do some mathematics, then I design and perform an experiment to make sure the mathematics is right!

What I'd do with the prize money
I would buy more fun things to show people when I do my Physics Busking; I always wanted to get ferrofluid for the shows!

What did you want to be after you left school?
A bicycle mechanic: when I was in school I didn’t know I was allowed to do science as a job!

I love making spicy curries… except when it gets in my eyes! **ouch**
What is the most fun thing you've done?
I rented a small boat in Croatia and island hopped and had lunch with a peacock on one of the islands.
