      Hi,
Well it won’t be a salmon of knowledge effect but some studies say that eating fish does boost your brain power. Some types of fish, particularly the oily ones, contain particular fatty acids which your brain needs to work properly. We can’t make these fats ourselves so we have to get them from our diets. So eating fish should help you to maintain a healthy brain which means that it’s easier to take in and process new information – and that means knowledge! Eating fish is definitely important but you also need lots of other vitamins and minerals to stay healthy and have a brain that works properly. So just eating fish all the time won’t turn you into an Einstein!

Well fish is good for you in a general nutritional sense and a lot of sportspeople would eat fish for example.
While you may get some of the fats to help your brain, you definitely wont get anything from the fish alone without some input from yourself!!
