Hi Tasha, Laughing is a way to express out our emotions in order to influence others. By laughing we make sounds to attract attention to the good thing thats happend. A sense of humour is a very complicated human trait to understand, but it may come from having a way to communicate that is more engaing, memorable and interesting.
Hope that opinion helps! And maybe makes sense if you ever get a fit of the giggles where you just cant look at your friend who’s making you laugh?

Let me put it this way: the computer or device you used to propose your question or participate in chat – that is the product of science.
Where it came from was the study of how electrons move in certain materials, which people wanted to know because it was interesting and a challenge. From that the transistor was invented to produce a simple switch (turn current on or off) and 60 odd years later your phone has a few hundred million of those switches running it.
All because a few scientists wanted to know how electrons move in materials.
Understanding the world allows us to make it a better place. Every medical advance has come about because of scientists exploring the world.
So it is important that there are people doing this work.
