      Hi,

Tenrecs from Madagascar won’t move to different countries by themselves because they’re trapped on a big island! Some tenrecs were brought to other islands by people, usually to be hunted for food.
There are two species of tenrec which live in central and western Africa. I guess they could potentially spread into different countries but both species are endangered and are suffering sever habitat loss so they’re unlikely to spread far.
There are quite a few tenrecs in zoos though so I guess that counts as being in different countries!
