I doubt we will go into a full-on lockdown again. Ireland has a high vaccination rate, which is associated with a relatively less severe course of COVID. There may still be measure to reduce close contacts, but I reckon this will be in a more targeted fashion.
I agree with Cyrille, according to statistics Ireland has the highest vaccination rate and lowest death rate in Europe, however, there might be restrictions that will be back and forth until it is stabilized and hopefully life go back to normal.
