Considering we all respond to food differently either due to genetic difference, different metabolic profile, different allergic or sensitivity reaction to food. I would say water is the best drink, and I cannot think of a one single food that can be the best for all human being. If I may, I would rephrased the question to, what is the healthiest food in general. The answer would be any food that is diverse, colourful, natural and made from scratch 🙂
