About Me
I’m in the 2nd year of my PhD in Trinity and I’m really interested in all things science and technology. And I firmly believe that Game of Thrones, Mad Max:Fury Road, and Dark Souls are the best Tv show, movie and game of the last 5 years.
-
My Typical Day
So typically I’d use a furnace at around 1000C to make a 2D-material, then I’d drop some chemicals on it to try do something interesting and then I’d look at it under a big X-ray machine to try and figure out whats going on.
-
What I'd do with the prize money
If I won the money I would try and partner with the Science Gallery here in Trinity as they work with many artists to better convey science and make it more exciting and accessible for people; hopefully together we could find a way expand the reach of the gallery to some local, and not so local schools.
