        The most surprising thing I’ve seen rather than a surprising result is cancer cells growing…they’re so active and independent and intelligent. The reach out and grab each other and send messages to each other…it’s so cool to watch on the microscope. Other than that the most surprising result for me was seeing how viruses can make bacteria resistant to antibiotics it was a really simple experiment but it works so well and clearly. It means that bacteria can take in DNA from another organism and use it, it’s crazy when you think about it.
