Hi 338newg36 my grades in science were generally pretty good. I got A’s usually and in my final exams I got A1s and A2s!.

        Hi 388newg36

I was pretty lucky in my exams – i took my exams in the UK and got pretty good marks in chemistry and physics (both A’s) and i did good in biology (B).

But i know lots of people who did badly in one science and still went to uni to study the others – so if you’re bad at one of them don’t let that hold you back!

The MOST important thing a scientist needs is curiosity! If you’re always asking “hang on, how does that work” and “why does it work that way” then you probably have the makings of a totally awesome scientist! Come to uni and join in the sciency fun!

hope that answers your question? – let me know if you want to know more 🙂

        Hi 338newg36!

I did chemistry and biology in school. I got an A2 in chemistry and an A1 in biology. Not that it mattered because everyone went back to basics in 1st year of college.

As Matthew said don’t let your grades worry you too much as hardwork and determination will get you through! For example I went to college with a guy who never did chemistry before but decided to do a chemistry degree. He worked hard and passed all the exams in college, and we both graduated in 2014 with good marks in our degree. It just goes to show that if you’re willing to put in the effort then you can be unstoppable!
