Question: Is it hard to operate on knees

As I am not a surgeon, I can only make an educated guess. The knee is a very complicated joint (shoulder might be more complicated, opinions differ here), so it makes it harder to operate. However, it is way easier than spine and pelvis surgeries, where the spinal cord and internal organs can be directly affected.
