Before it was thought that eating a lot of egg yolks was bad for your heart however now it is known that this is not the case. For most peoplpe it is perfectly okay to eat eggs.. people with heart disease or diabetes may have to reduce their egg intake but for the majority of people eggs are healthy. They are a great source of protein and lots of healthy nutrients and healthy fats such as omega 3’s. They can also be enjoyed in lots of healthy was such as an omelette, poached or boiled.
