I love everything about food - learning more about the science of food, cooking, baking and trying new foods. I also really enjoying reading and travelling!

My Typical Day

A typical day involves meeting participants for research studies, working in the lab and doing desk work like reading research papers and sending emails.

What I'd do with the prize money

We currently do a lot of activities where students come visit our lab or attend talks we organize, if I won I would use the money to buy supplies to make our talks and demonstrations more fun!

  Homemade Brown Bread (especially my Mom's!)

  Ziplined over the rainforest in Thailand
