Flowers get their colour from some substances called anthocyanins, this substances are coloured so that’s why they have those pretty colours

Flowers get their colour from the pigments in them called anthocyanins.. they are from the same family of chemicals as carotenoids in tomatoes, carrots and peppers which give them their colour.

Like the guys said the anthocyanins give red, pink, blue and purple flowers their colour and carotenoids which are found in tomatoes and carrots provide yellow, red and orange colours.
