They are not bad for you but some can have a lot of sugar so too much should not be eaten. You can make homemade versions and then you can control how much sugar is in them!
Sauces are unhealthy. So the less you eat them the better. As Ciara has said, you can make your own sauces and you can control what you put on them so they will be probably healthier than the ones you buy (that they have plenty of sugar in them)
industrial sauces (the ones you buy at the SM) are not good; they contain lots of artificial chemicals! You would better make your own home made sauce using fresh food!
