  It would be great if we could do that. The problem is that we need more energy to get that osmosis filtered water, and energy means generating more pollution and global warming. Think also about how you have to transport that or the energy of the osmosis equipment, the pumps you need to bring the sea water…It is a good idea, but there are a lot of things to think about and that is why it is not a good option to do that. It won’t be efficient (that is the word).

Wow Ioannis Zabetakis, I was shocked when I clicked the link to see the amazon being cut down like that. I can now see that our actions are going to benifit this generation but will not benifit the generations to come.
