  No, we have very similar DNA but it is not the same. Even you and me do not share completely the same DNA. DNA is like our own biological signature, is unique, only identical twins have the same DNA. Humans and chimps have very similar DNA because we both descended from a common ancestor. DNA is passed from generation to generation but it also changes a bit, that is why we have very similar DNA but not exactly the same.
