This depends.. sushi can be made of different ingredients so it depends what is in your sushi. But yes sushi can be healthy.. sashimi and nigiri are good options and adding lots of veggies is a good option also (and makes them really tasty). Just make sure that if you are having fish sushi the fish is from a good source! 🙂
If the fish has been frozen before making the sushi there should be no problem. What’s more, fish is very healthy and gives you healthy fat and protein
