      Yes there are also some great food sources of vitamin D such as salmon, milk and yogurt. It is really important to take vitamin D in our diets because we do not get enough sunshine here in Ireland for our bodies to make vitamin D.

      there are lots of food rich in vitamin D. you do not need really sunshine 🙂

      Yes, there are. The thing is with sunshine it is easier to reach the recommendations. Fatty fish as salmon, sardines, mackerel are good sources. Also egg yolks and liver
