• Question: our school team has an important match on friday what would be the best thing for my mammy to cook on thursday evening

      It is important to make sure you have a balanced meal with carbohydrates, fats and proteins.. maybe some chicken or fish with a jacket potato and lots of veg. Make sure you are getting in a lot of water in the lead up to it too as you need to by well hydrated. Best of luck!

      Lest night, it should be carbs and bit of proteins ; fish and chips? chicken and chips? most important is the breakfast next morning and lots of sleep! Best of luck 🙂

      I think the most important thing is that you sleep well, so don’t eat too much or you will have stomach ache. I don’t recommend eating fried things either, they are too heavy for the stomach.
