It is important to make sure you have a balanced meal with carbohydrates, fats and proteins.. maybe some chicken or fish with a jacket potato and lots of veg. Make sure you are getting in a lot of water in the lead up to it too as you need to by well hydrated. Best of luck!

I think the most important thing is that you sleep well, so don’t eat too much or you will have stomach ache. I don’t recommend eating fried things either, they are too heavy for the stomach.
