You should better have a piece of fruit instead. They are more healthy than juice! But if you are drinking juice it is better if it is natural juice with no added sugars.
As gonzalo has said a piece of fruit would be better as this has fibre and lots of nutrients which you need. Try and get fresh juice if you really want some juice and I think apple juice has more sugar than orange if that is what you are looking out for.. Just make sure not to drink too much of it as juices are high in sugar which can be bad for our bodies and teeth if we have too much of it.
